Great audience at Latin American Technology Course



Great Audience from Latin American meat processing industry representatives who met together at the 5th Latin American Food Technology Course, organized by the Food Science & Technology Foundation (INTAL) in Medellín (Colombia) , September 2007, where Mrs. Eva Fernández, of METALQUIMIA Technology Department, offered a Lecture showing the latest advances in meat marinating technology as well as the latest trends regarding vanguard processing of cooked meat products.
