Live from Frankfurt: QDS Process at IFFA

The QDS Process, the new accelerated dry-curing technology for meat products, fruit of the Strategic Partnership between IRTA, Casademont and Metalquimia, is being presented with unprecedented success at the IFFA fair in Frankfurt, the most important event of the world meat sector that takes place in the German city from May 8 to 13.
