New book GOURMEAT by METALQUIMIA

 

Metalquimia brings Creativación to the kitchen, with a recipes book mentored by the Roca brothers (El Celler de Can Roca, World Best restaurant 2015)

METALQUIMIA presented "Gourmeat", an innovative compendium of haute cuisine recipes, fruit of the best culinary ideas developed by the METALQUIMIA staff, mentored by the Roca brothers. The book includes recipes made with  meat products developed with the company's technology.

During the presentation, Josep Lagares, CEO of METALQUIMIA, explained that "this book is much more than a simple collection of recipes: it is an example of the creativation mind that leads our daily activity."
