Mrs, Marta Xargayó, head of the METALQUIMIA Technology Department, will offer the Lecture: "SPRAY MARINATING OF FRESH MEATS: THE DEFINITIVE SOLUTION TO IMPROVE MEAT TEXTURE", during the 2nd Food Engineering Spanish Congress (CESIA 2002) held by the Food Technology Department of the Lleida University (Spain).
