The LONGVAC-2 is specially designed to apply a pre-vacuum time to meat pieces before cooking, eliminating air bubbles, reducing cooking loss and improving binding in the finished product.

  • Improves adhesion of bag to meat.
  • Prevents the appearance of abnormal coloration.
  • Improves finished product appearance, preventing the formation of holes and cavities.
  • Reciprocating operation, with one chamber for loading and unloading and the other chamber for applying vacuum.
  • Interchangeable compartments for bags or moulds.
  • For coupling to vacuum supply.
  • Upon request, can be provided with vacuum pump.
